    Hi
    last september my fathers head stone was removed to inscribe my mothers name on it and was promised that it would be done by dec my fathers birthday.however it is now march and they have still not done it.we have telephoned them over 20 times and visited 5 times the last letter I sent them was recorded and was promised work finished by end of feb still not done any advice please

    I think your only option will be to send a solicitors letter informing them that unless the complete the work by X date (or return the headstone) you will commence legal action. A local commercial solicitor should be able to do this for you fairly simply.

      I know this is for claiming money owed but you can adjust as needed to state what you expect form the company and a time scale. As long as you follow the rules you will be fine x
