    Hya, new to this site, come from the other side. claim filed on money claim for my partner. they have till 13th april to respond. heard that lloyds are not even acknowledging the claims let alone putting in a defense by day 28 at the mo.skeggsy

    If they fail to defend the case then hopefully you win on default and it will be time to send the bailiffs in. Hoorah!

      I gather thats the 13th of june not april skeggs?? I got acknowledgement on the last day at around 3.55pm then I got their defence on the very last day again at 3.55pm.... I assume they do them in blocks....

      Any update on this yet? I have posted the defence they used here:

      no doubt it will be pretty similar....
