    I would suggest you use the multi-rate spreadsheet here, BB:

    SPREADSHEETS and CALCULATORS


    This will show two rates of contractual interest, and one rate of s.69. Just send the unauthorised rate sheet with your prelim & LBA. Use all three for your claim, if you are claiming alternatives.
